Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described below.

[0030] Using the mean-diameter blade cascade and the velocity triangle of the two-stage impeller of the counter-cyclone fan, the power N′ of the two-stage impeller at constant speed can be obtained 1 , N' 2 for:

[0031] N 1 ′ = ρ u 2 ( q - cot β 12 uA q 2 ) N ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a self-adaption variable speed matching method for cyclone cluster operating conditions. Two stage vane rotating speed can be matched according to the different operating conditions; wind pressure characters and range suitable for loading of a cyclone cluster can be expanded, the loads of two stage vanes are evenly distributed, burning of a second stage motor for small-flow operating conditions is avoided, operating efficiency of non-design operating conditions of the whole cyclone cluster is improved, and the efficient working range is enlarged.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of counter-cyclone fans, in particular to a method for adjusting the rotational speed of counter-cyclone fans. 【Background technique】 [0002] The counter-cyclone fan completes the work on the gas by a pair of impellers that rotate in opposite directions, eliminating the need for front and rear guide vanes. It has the advantages of compact structure and good anti-wind performance. It is widely used in tunnels, mines, aviation and other fields. In the design working condition, the counter-cyclone fan has the advantages of large flow rate, high pressure increase and high efficiency, and the power of the two stages is roughly equal. However, when the working conditions deviate from the design, the pressure rise and power characteristics of the two-stage impellers are quite different, especially the pressure rise, power, and efficiency characteristics of the second stage change drastically with the flow rate. ...
