Abstract

The invention discloses a medical stapler. The medical stapler comprises a release assembly, an anvil block, an anvil assembly and a staple bin assembly. The release assembly comprises a staple bin push rod provided with a stop pin. A safety block matched with the stop pin is arranged in the anvil block and provided with a blocking groove. A limit portion is also arranged in the anvil block. When the stapler is in an initial state, the safety block is in noninterference with the limit portion and the stop pin. When the stapler is in a releasing state, the safety block abut against the limit portion, and the blocking groove is on the moving path of the stop pin from the far end to the near end of the medical stapler. When the stapler recovers to the initial state after completing the releasing, the stop pin is blocked in the blocking groove, and the safety block limits the stop pin from the near end to the far end of the medical stapler.
