The device comprises an imaging and pressure measurement catheter and a driving control mechanism, wherein the imaging and pressure measurement catheter comprises a catheter optical fiber and an optical fiber probe which are connected, a transmission shaft is arranged outside the catheter optical fiber, an optical fiber end surface of the optical fiber probe is provided with a spherical lens and a light-permeable element, and a pressure sensor is arranged at an end of the optical fiber probe; the driving control mechanism comprises a rotary control unit and a retracement unit, and the rotary control unit is connected with the catheter optical fiber and an external optical fiber and controls the transmission shaft to drive the optical fiber probe to rotate; the retracement unit controls the optical fiber probe to move in the radial direction of the blood vessel through the transmission shaft.
