Embodiment 1

[0028] 1. Method:

[0029] Put the stolons of coriander back from the field directly into flower pots filled with vegetable garden soil, and after several shoots with 5 to 10 nodes are distributed on the stolons, cut off the twigs with 3 to 5 nodes. The twigs of the branches are immersed in water to promote the growth of adventitious roots, and then replaced with Hoagland nutrient solution (calcium nitrate 945mg / L, potassium nitrate 607mg / L, ammonium phosphate 115mg / L, magnesium sulfate 493mg / L, iron salt solution 2.5ml / L, trace element 5ml / L, pH=6.0) culture, obtain the vegetative propagation seedling of coriander. The cultivation condition of vegetative propagation seedlings of coriander is the light provided by the fluorescent lamp, the intensity is 280~400μmol light quantum m -2 S -1 , the light time is 12 hours, the day / night temperature is 25-28°C / 18-20°C, and the relative air humidity is 60-70% (RH). Move the coriander vegetative propagation seedlings to cadmium and...

Embodiment 2

[0041] The coriander celery stolon cuttage that is collected in the field is cultivated in the soil basin (adopting common vegetable garden soil), and after the stolons give out enough shoots, cut off the twigs with 3 to 5 nodes, and immerse the lower ends of the branches in water. to promote adventitious root growth. After adventitious roots grow, replace with Hoagland nutrient solution (calcium nitrate 945mg / L, potassium nitrate 607mg / L, ammonium phosphate 115mg / L, magnesium sulfate 493mg / L, iron salt solution 2.5ml / L, trace elements 5ml / L L, pH=6.0) were cultivated to obtain vegetative propagation seedlings of coriander. The vegetative propagating seedlings of Coriander coriander were moved to the nutrient solution added with cadmium for cultivation. Table 3 shows the effect of cadmium treatment for 15 days on the biomass and cadmium content of coriander.

Embodiment 3

[0046] Greenhouse potted soil culture method is adopted, the soil is vegetable garden soil, dried in the sun, smashed, sieved, and then cleaned with CdCl 2 2H 2 O is made into 2 treatments by the cadmium concentration of 50 and 100mg / kg, and each handles three repetitions, and each pot holds 1kg soil, and one-time application base fertilizer 100mg / kg nitrogen, 80mg / kg phosphorus, 100mg / kg potassium ( in the form of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and urea). After the soil is balanced, transplant the coriander vegetative propagation seedlings (refer to Example 1 for the cultivation method and conditions of the vegetative propagation seedlings), add water from the pot support, and make the soil in the pot absorb to saturated water content. Supplement water according to need later, cultivate 25 days, harvest for the first time; After another 15 days and 20 days, harvest for the second time and third time respectively. Record the dry weight of the aerial part of coriander, analyz...

Abstract

Applications of perennial herb hydrocotyle sibthorpioides in enrichment and extraction of cadmium and other heavy metals in polluted soil are disclosed. By a method provided by the invention, a large amount of cadmium and other heavy metals can be enriched in the overground part of the hydrocotyle sibthorpioides, and the cadmium and the other heavy metals in the soil can be extracted and recovered by harvesting the overground part, thus achieving the objective of subjecting heavy metal polluted soil to in-situ plant remediation under a condition of not changing properties of the soil. The method can be used for plant remediation of cadmium-related composite polluted soil polluted by multiple heavy metals in mine derelict land, and farm soil having a cadmium content exceeding standards which is caused by irrigation with polluted water containing heavy metals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an application method of the herbaceous coriander, in particular to a method for enriching and extracting cadmium and other heavy metals in heavy metal polluted soil. It belongs to the technical field of soil remediation. Background technique [0002] With the development of production activities such as mining, smelting, and processing of mineral resources, the soil around the industrial zone is generally polluted by multiple heavy metals, which endangers the production and life of the surrounding residents and poses many environmental hazards. Especially cadmium, the most serious pollution. For organisms, cadmium is the most toxic metal element, which cannot be degraded by microorganisms, and its pollution is an irreversible accumulation process. Cadmium in the soil beyond a certain limit not only seriously affects the yield and quality of crops, but also easily accumulates in the human body through the food chain and endan...
