Firstly, the surface of the hydroxyapatite nanowire has rich active sites, and the magnetic nano particles directly grow on the surface, so that the agglomeration of the magnetic nano ions during the growth can be avoided. Secondly, the magnetic-metal organic framework MOF material has the characteristics of porous structure, large pore volume and good hydrophilcity, thereby improving the concentration efficiency and the concentration capability. Thirdly, the excellent super-paramagnetic magnetic response capability simplifies the separation process.
