The coating is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 6 parts by weight of gamma-(methylacryloyloxy) trimethoxypropylsilane, 18 parts by weight of ethanol solvent, 0.14 parts by weight of benzoyl peroxide, 23 parts by weight of pre-hydrolyzed tetraethoxysilane, 1 part by weight of CaO with a particle size characteristic of 2mu m, 1 part by weight of BaO with a particle size characteristic of 2mu m, 6 parts by weight of K2O with a particle size characteristic of 2mu m, 4 parts by weight of Na2O with a particle size characteristic of 2mu m, 1.5 parts by weight of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, 0.7 parts by weight of dibutyl phthalate, and 1.2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene alkanolamide.
