Abstract

The invention discloses a method, apparatus and system for calibrating a gyroscope, and belongs to the field of measuring instruments. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the forward rotation speed components and backward rotation speed components of a gyroscope to be calibrated on each coordinate axis by making the gyroscope rotate around three sensitive axes in the forward direction and backward direction; obtaining the forward rotation speed components and backward rotation speed components of a high-precision gyroscope, which moves along with the gyroscope to be calibrated, on each coordinate axis; wherein the precision of the high-precision gyroscope is higher than that of the gyroscope to be calibrated; and finally calibrating the gyroscope to be calibrated according to the forward rotation speed components and backward rotation speed components of the high-precision gyroscope on each coordinate axis. The provided method utilizes a high-precision gyroscope to replace a high-precision rotary table to calibrate a gyroscope to be calibrated, and thus common labs can use the method to calibrate a gyroscope.
