The invention relates to a bag and especially relates to a bag being not liable to slip-off and being antitheft. The bag includes a bag body (2), of which the upper part is provided with a bag strap (1). The bottom of the bag is a bag body bottom surface (4) which is a rectangular plane and is provided with a plurality of bead strings (3). An inclined angle is formed between each bead string and the edges of the rectangular plane. The bead strings (3) are arranged in parallel. According to the invention, the bead strings is on the bag body bottom surface (4), wherein the inclined angle is formed between each bead string and the edges of the rectangular plane and the bead strings (3) are arranged in parallel, so that the bag is not liable to slip-off when being placed on smooth table, thereby satisfying use requirements. Metal nets are bond between the surface and a lining of the bag body so that the bag is not liable to be scratched with a knife by thief, thereby protecting personal property.
