Abstract

The invention relates to a use of pterostilbene in preparation of drugs for inhibiting liver cancer cell proliferation and inducing liver cancer cell apoptosis. The effective concentration of pterostilbene in the drug for inhibiting liver cancer cell proliferation and inducing liver cancer cell apoptosis is in a range of 20-140 micromoles per liter. A liver cancer cell line HepG2 is subjected to routine culture, and through a MTT method, an inverted microscope and flow cytometry method, real-time quantitative PCR and a Western blot method, HepG2 cell vitality influence caused by different concentrations of pterostilbene, apoptosis case of HepG2 cells treated by pterostilbene, and expression cases of Bax, Bcl-2, Fas, Cycs (cytochrome C) and Caspase3 gene mRNA and protein can be respectively determined. An experiment result fully proves that pterostilbene can be used in preparation of drugs for inhibiting liver cancer cell proliferation and inducing liver cancer cell apoptosis. Pterostilbene as natural substance extract has a wide application prospect in the field of anti-tumor drug treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of pterostilbene, in particular to the application of pterostilbene in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting proliferation of liver cancer cells and inducing apoptosis of liver cancer cells, and belongs to the technical field of medicine. Background technique [0002] Liver cancer is a multidrug-resistant tumor. Most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage and the drug efficacy is poor. Finding low-toxicity, effective and safe anti-tumor drugs is the key to the treatment of liver cancer (Lu Xinxin, Zhou Yun, Xue Fei, Wang Wenyu, Li Xiaoyan, Guo Zhisong. Research on the mechanism of quercetin inhibiting the proliferation and promoting apoptosis of liver cancer HepG2 cells. Chinese Journal of Practical Diagnosis and Therapy.). In recent years, because some natural anti-tumor drugs have remarkable effects and almost no adverse reactions. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the research and appli...
