Abstract

The invention belongs to the data processing field of mobile electronic devices, and provides a heterogeneous data synchronization scheme, based on incremental updating, on a mobile device. A device-end data synchronization method includes the steps: taking out to-be-updated synchronous data list from a device end and obtaining to-be-synchronized data from the list; establishing a to-be-synchronized data parameter; sending the to-be-synchronized data to a server end and receiving a data response on the server end; and determining whether a clear identification and an ending identification exist, whether the number of data is 0, and whether the number of data is all 0. A server-end data synchronization method includes the steps: receiving a data synchronization request; cycling a to-be-synchronized data parameter in the synchronization request; searching for the updating direction of to-be-synchronized data; checking the to-be-synchronized data at the earliest synchronization time and at the latest synchronization time, and forming a data list; obtaining an external clear instruction and forming a data response; and returning the data response to the device end. Simultaneous data synchronization of various types of heterogeneous data can be achieved, the data updating scale is controllable each time, and fault tolerance is allowed.
