When a start-up control signal is received, power is supplied to the outdoor unit circuit module. When a circuit between external alternating current and the outdoor unit circuit module is connected by the outdoor unit circuit module, power supply to the outdoor unit circuit module is stopped. When a standby control signal is received, the standby control signal is output to the outdoor unit circuit module. When power is supplied to the indoor unit circuit module, the circuit between the external alternating current and the outdoor unit circuit module is connected by the outdoor unit circuit module. After the standby control signal is received or an indoor unit is shut down for a preset period of time, the circuit between the external alternating current and the outdoor unit circuit module is disconnected.
