The method comprises the following steps: the SOP is concluded, classified and cut into a main procedure and a plurality of sub-procedures; the main procedure is associating the plurality of sub-procedures according to a certain execution sequence and is an outline abstract of the SOP; the sub-procedures are new procedures created in a certain procedure transfer process, can return to the main procedure again after being executed, are complete processing processes and can be individually executed; procedure node classification and condition classification are carried out on each step in the sub-procedures; new primitives are built according to the requirements; the connection modes between the nodes are classified; and proper primitives and correct connection modes are selected and combined according to the execution sequence of the SOP, so that graphical modeling is finished.
