Abstract

The invention discloses a standard operating procedure (SOP) graphical modeling method of startup and shutdown processes of a chemical device. The method comprises the following steps: the SOP is concluded, classified and cut into a main procedure and a plurality of sub-procedures; the main procedure is associating the plurality of sub-procedures according to a certain execution sequence and is an outline abstract of the SOP; the sub-procedures are new procedures created in a certain procedure transfer process, can return to the main procedure again after being executed, are complete processing processes and can be individually executed; procedure node classification and condition classification are carried out on each step in the sub-procedures; new primitives are built according to the requirements; the connection modes between the nodes are classified; and proper primitives and correct connection modes are selected and combined according to the execution sequence of the SOP, so that graphical modeling is finished. According to the SOP graphical modeling method, the SOP of a plain text can be converted into a text and graphical form to be displayed according to the established rule; and the SOP graphical modeling method is the most convenient and fast cognition mode for people.
