The preparation method of the polyclonal antibody comprises the following steps: carrying out prokaryotic expression on the tussor Yippee gene to obtain a recombinant protein, injecting the recombinant protein into a white rabbit, and collecting the rabbit serum, thereby obtaining the polyclonal antibody.
