The electronic cigarette atomizer provided by the invention, by arranging the dual-spiral heating wire on the oil conduction piece, can generate a relatively high heating amount; and meanwhile, by virtue of the plurality of oil conduction holes which are communicated with the tobacco tar cavity on the circumference of the atomizing jacket, relatively high smoke is generated when the heating piece is electrified to heat.
