Abstract

The present invention proposes a retrieving method for a two-dimensional code of a smart household device. The method comprises the following steps of: installing an APP for displaying and storing a two-dimensional code in a mobile terminal of a user; making the smart household device send a unique identification number to a smart household gateway; after receiving the identification number, the smart household gateway converting the identification number into a two-dimensional code image, and sending the two-dimensional code image to the APP in the mobile terminal of the user; and the APP in the mobile terminal of the user displaying the two-dimensional code image, and at the same time, storing the two-dimensional code image in an electronic form. The present invention further relates to an apparatus for implementing the method. The retrieving method and apparatus for the two-dimensional code of the smart household device, provided by the present invention, have the following beneficial effect: the two-dimensional code can be prevented from being lost.
