In this paper, the CLEAN algorithm is used to obtain the scattering center position of the target from the two-dimensional ISAR. Using the α-shape method, the position of the scattering center at the boundary is obtained and connected into a closed curve. Here, using a new method called rubber band proposed in this paper, starting from the convex hull of scattered points, the closed contour line is obtained by pulling the rubber band. Finally, the feasibility and accuracy of this paper are verified by using the measured data.
