According to the annotation data processing method and the annotation data processing system, the quality of the annotation results is automatically detected by utilizing the similarity so that annotation staff are enabled to possibly obtain the quality of the annotation results timely and then possibly correct annotation errors timely, and thus annotation accuracy can be effectively enhanced.
