Abstract

The plant pathogenic pythium includes Pythium ultimum, Pythium aphanidermatum and Pythium arrhenomanes. The castor cake meal coarse extract is prepared through the steps of weighing castor cake meal powder which is crushed and passes through a sieve in 80-120 meshes; adding distilled water, performing reflux extraction and filtering the liquid while hot and collecting a filtrate with medicine residue for later use; adding distilled water to the medicine residue, continuously performing the reflux extraction, filtering the liquid while hot and collecting a filtrate; mixing the two filtrates, and evaporating and concentrating the mixed filtrate to obtain the coarse extract.
