Abstract

The present invention relates to an acoustic detecting apparatus for glume-open rice seed. The detecting apparatus provided by the present invention consists of the following systems: 1) a single seed falling system, wherein rice seeds fall from a vibration feeding apparatus to a seed-receiving funnel; 2) a seed falling collision sound acquisition system, wherein the seeds fall from a funnel pipe of the funnel to impact on a collision plate, and an acoustic sensor under the plate acquires collision sound of the seeds and processes sound signals by using a computer in real time; 3) a glume-open seed sorting system for sorting glume-open seeds and non-glume-open seeds according to the seed glume-open sound signal characteristics in a falling process of the seeds along the collision slope; 4) a seed falling collision height adjustment system for adjusting an upper collision plate of an acoustic insulated system to move up and down through a screw mechanism and a guide slide; 5) an acoustic sensor and collision plate spacing adjustment system for arranging a cushion block in a headspace of a support platform to adjust an intermediate tube of the acoustic insulated system to move up and down; and 6) a connection bracket.
