The operation platform is arranged on the support and provided with a through hole. The rotary mechanism is connected with the three-jaw chuck. The rotary mechanism drives the three-jaw chuck to rotate. The three-jaw chuck penetrates through the through hole and is arranged above the surface of the operation platform. The two-rod air cylinder comprises a first end and a second end. The first end is provided with a first rod, and the second end is provided with a second rod. The first end is connected with the three-jaw chuck, the first rod drives the three-jaw chuck to clamp and loosen a hub, the second end is provided with a transparent detection window, and the position of the second rod is observed through the transparent detection window.
