Abstract

The invention discloses a tunnel drying device for motor rotors in the field of motor manufacturing to solve the problem of need of adding epoxy resins to a traditional rotor to stand for 6-12 h for drying and solidification. The tunnel drying device comprises a conveying tunnel; two parallel conveying chains are arranged in the conveying tunnel; the conveying chains penetrate through the conveying tunnel; two ends of the conveying chains are respectively feed ends and discharge ends; the conveying tunnel includes a heating section and a cooling section; the heating section is near the feed ends; the cooling section is near the discharge ends; multiple sets of conveying chain plates are connected between the two conveying chains side by side; clamping grooves for placing the motor rotors are formed between two adjacent sets of conveying chain plates; and induction doors are arranged at two ends of the heating section. The motor rotors are put in the clamping grooves, are dried through the heating section along with movement of the conveying chains, and are cooled through the cooling section, so that the motor rotors can be dried and solidified more quickly to be directly applied to subsequent production.
