The control method comprises the steps that a semantic engine platform judges receiving of a semantic interpretation request from a voice engine platform, and the semantic interpretation request is used for requesting for interpretation of a control instruction for controlling intelligent household electrical appliance equipment; and the semantic engine platform performs instruction decomposition of the control instruction under the condition of receiving the semantic interpretation request and transmits the decomposed control instruction. The semantic engine platform and the voice engine platform are enabled to interact. The semantic engine platform judges receiving of the semantic interpretation request from the voice engine platform and the semantic engine platform performs instruction decomposition of the control instruction under the condition of receiving the semantic interpretation request. The control instruction obtained by the voice engine platform is directly decomposed under the condition that the voice engine platform cannot complete transmitting of the control instruction so that processing speed is enhanced, complex operation of a control terminal is released and the problems in the prior art are solved.
