The timer sets delayed time to switch the windows so that time is acquired for transferring videos the windows. When a condition for displaying the new video is not satisfied, the windows display the original video. When the condition for displaying the new video is satisfied, the original video is closed and the new video is decoded and displayed. Thus, smoothness is ensured in a multi-window switching display process and a multi-window switching synchronous display effect is optimized.
