Also disclosed is a monitoring task generation system. The monitoring task generation method converts the monitoring objects, monitoring points, monitoring programs and monitoring frequency recorded on paper into monitoring task data including task states and capable of being queried and monitored, and records the recording contents in the annual monitoring work plane in a database through a task form; a monitoring person can directly and automatically extract a monitoring task, and automatically monitor a monitoring task through a task state in real time.
