According to the intelligent wristband, after the second side end is inserted into the USB interface of a computer or other devices, the USB flash disk arranged in the first side end through injection moulding can be in communication with the corresponding device through the second side end, so that the intelligent wristband has the performances of the USB flash disk, and therefore, the defect that the traditional intelligent wristbands are single in function is overcome.
