The array substrate comprises a substrate base plate, a grating metal layer pattern, an active layer pattern and a source-drain metal layer pattern. The grating metal layer pattern, the active layer pattern and the source-drain metal layer pattern are arranged on the substrate base plate. The source-drain metal layer pattern comprises a first data line. The slope angle of the first data line is not larger than 60 degrees. Through optimized setting of the slope angle of the data line, interference of the lateral electric field of the data line to the liquid crystal molecules can be reduced, so that the size of a black array in the width direction of the data line can be decreased correspondingly, and the aperture ratio of the display device is increased.
