Abstract

The valve disclosed by the invention comprises a valve base, a bellows, a drive mechanism, a control mechanism and a valve cover, wherein the bellows is firmly connected to the top end of the valve base; the bellows is sleeved by the valve cover; the control mechanism is installed in an inner cavity formed by the bellows and the valve base; and the drive mechanism matched with the control mechanism is installed on the control mechanism. The valve disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the use demands in a highly vacuum environment can be satisfied, and the straight-line detection device can be allowed to pass a straight-line channel of the valve so as to enter a sealed reactor, so that online or original-position internal observation detection of a poisonous and harmful research object with high chemical activity can be realized; and during replacement or detachment of the straight-line detection device, the valve is closed, so that fluids can be effectively stopped, and a high vacuum degree can be kept in the sealed reactor all the time.
