no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0018] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 6 , and the fault diagnosis device, system, and method according to the first embodiment will be described. The failure diagnosis device according to the present embodiment diagnoses a failure of the elevator apparatus based on the time difference between the ideal timing and the actual timing.

[0019] First, refer to Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 The functional configuration of the fault diagnosis device 100 (hereinafter referred to as "device 100") according to the first embodiment will be described. figure 1 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the device 100 . Such as figure 1 As shown, the device 100 includes a specification acquisition unit 1 , an ideal timing acquisition unit 2 , a fault diagnosis unit 3 , a fault information DB 4 , a fault location identification unit 5 , a circuit diagram acquisition unit 6 and a reporting unit 7 .

[0020] The specification acquisition unit 1 acquires the specification of an eleva...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0082] refer to Figure 7 The device 100 according to the second embodiment will be described. The device 100 according to the present embodiment estimates the fault location based on the time difference between the ideal timing and the actual timing when the fault location cannot be specified. The operation of the specifying unit 5 of the device 100 is different from that of the first embodiment. Other configurations and hardware configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. The specific section 5 will be described below.

[0083] The identifying unit 5 acquires the diagnosis result from the diagnosing unit 3 , and specifies the location of the failure when the target EV is diagnosed as having failed. Specifically, the identifying unit 5 acquires the time difference of each condition from the diagnosing unit 3, and refers to the failure information DB 4, extracts failure information with consistent time differences or combinations of time differences, and d...

no. 3 Embodiment approach

[0094] refer to Figure 8 The device 100 according to the third embodiment will be described. The device 100 according to the present embodiment updates the failure information DB 4 when the failure location of the failure for which the failure location has not been identified is identified.

[0095] First, refer to Figure 8 The functional configuration of the device 100 according to the third embodiment will be described. Figure 8 It is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the device 100 according to this embodiment. Such as Figure 8 As shown, the device 100 also includes a fault information updating unit 8 . Other functional configurations and hardware configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment. The fault information update unit 8 will be described below.

[0096] The failure information update unit 8 (hereinafter referred to as "update unit 8") stores information on abnormal failures. The so-called abnormal failure refers to a...

Abstract

The invention provides a failure diagnosis device, system and method capable of accurately diagnosing a failure in an elevator device. A failure diagnosis device of an exemplary embodiment comprises a specification acquiring part, an ideal timing acquiring part, a failure diagnosis part and a notification part. The specification acquiring part acquires specifications of an elevator device to be a target for failure diagnosis. The ideal timing acquiring part acquires ideal timing meeting with predetermined requirements in a case where the elevator device is normal on the basis of status of the elevator device, action command and start time of the action specified by the action command. The failure diagnosis part diagnoses a failure in the elevator device on the basis of time-lag between the ideal timing and actual timing in which the elevator device actually meets the predetermined requirement. The notification part notifies diagnosis result.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a fault diagnosis device, system and method. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, fault diagnosis of an elevator apparatus has been performed by detecting an abnormality of the elevator apparatus with a sensor provided in the elevator apparatus. In this fault diagnosis method, it is difficult to diagnose a fault that cannot be detected by a sensor. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP-A-2013-23325 Contents of the invention [0004] Provided are a fault diagnosis device, system, and method capable of diagnosing faults in an elevator apparatus with high precision. [0005] A fault diagnosis device according to an embodiment includes a specification acquisition unit, an ideal timing acquisition unit, a failure diagnosis unit, and a report unit. The specification acquisition part acquires the specification of the elevator apparatus used as the object of fault diagnosis. The ideal timing acquiring uni...
