The printing position adjusting device comprises a horizontal moving device and a print distance adjusting device. The monitoring system comprises a horizontal moving controller, a temperature detecting unit, a distance detecting unit and a print distance adjusting controller. The temperature detecting unit and the print distance adjusting controller constitute a temperature adjusting and controlling device. The method comprises the steps of first, acquisition of a three-dimensional model of a workpiece to be prototyped and layered slicing processing; second, scan path filling; third, print path acquisition; and fourth, printing layer by layer from the bottom to the top.
