The invention discloses a vibration
monitoring system and method for the
cutting state of a casing
pipe under a mud line, and the
system comprises a
vibration sensor which is disposed at the top end of the casing
pipe, is tightly attached to the outer wall of the casing
pipe, and is used for obtaining a vibration
signal of the casing pipe; the vibration monitoring unit is used for determining
time domain data and
frequency domain data corresponding to each
signal extraction time period based on the vibration signals; the vibration
signal evaluation unit is used for determining the
cutting state of each
signal extraction time period based on the
time domain data, the
frequency domain data and a preset vibration signal
library; and the upper computer is used for displaying the vibration signal images of all the vibration sensors and the current
cutting state of the sleeve in real time. The current cutting state of the sleeve can be judged without trial lifting, and the current cutting position is fed back in real time; the
vibration sensor is arranged near the top end of the casing pipe and above the
sea level, installation and measurement are more convenient, and adjustment can be conducted at any time according to
wellhead conditions. The cutting efficiency of the multi-layer casing pipe is improved, the cutting time is shortened, and the cost is reduced.
