Embodiment 1

[0043] This embodiment cleans the sediment disease on the surface of the high-temperature sintered ceramics with water outlet.

[0044] The No. 30 water-discharged ceramic piece from the No. 1 shipwreck in the South China Sea was selected, with a size of 52*26 mm and hard attachments on it. The main component was calcium carbonate according to Raman spectroscopic analysis. Ceramic slices before cleaning Figure 2a As shown, it can be seen that the ceramic sheet has a smooth surface and is sintered at high temperature.

[0045] Install a disc-type precision filter with a filtration accuracy of 10 microns at the outlet of the cleaning tank. Install a centrifugal pump after filtering out the water, and install a pressure gauge and a flow regulating valve at the outlet of the centrifugal pump. A magnetizer is installed after the flow regulating valve. The interior of the magnetizer is composed of a turntable, a pair of permanent magnets embedded on the turntable, a magnetized fl...

Embodiment 2

[0050] This embodiment cleans the sediment disease on the surface of the low-temperature sintered ceramics with water outlet.

[0051] Select No. 31 water-discharged ceramic piece from the No. 1 shipwreck in the South China Sea. The size is 32*32mm, and there are hard deposits on it. The main component is calcium carbonate according to Raman spectroscopic analysis. See image 3 , which is the Raman spectrum of the attachment of No. 31 effluent ceramic sheet. It can be seen from the appearance of the ceramic sheet that the surface of the ceramic sheet is rough and is sintered at a low temperature.

[0052] Install a disc-type precision filter with a filtration accuracy of 10 microns at the outlet of the cleaning tank. Install a centrifugal pump after filtering out the water, and install a pressure gauge and a flow regulating valve at the outlet of the centrifugal pump. A magnetizer is installed after the flow regulating valve. The interior of the magnetizer is composed of a t...

Embodiment 3

[0057] This embodiment is aimed at cleaning the water-discharging ceramics with metal erosion deposits on the surface.

[0058] The No. 32 water-discharged ceramic piece from the No. 1 shipwreck in the South China Sea was selected, with a size of 76*53mm. There were metal erosions on it, and the presence of relatively high iron was detected by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic analysis.

[0059] Install a disc-type precision filter with a filtration accuracy of 10 microns at the outlet of the cleaning tank. Install a centrifugal pump after filtering out the water, and install a pressure gauge and a flow regulating valve at the outlet of the centrifugal pump. A magnetizer is installed after the flow regulating valve. The interior of the magnetizer is composed of a turntable, a pair of permanent magnets embedded on the turntable, a magnetized flow channel, and a pure iron plate. The N pole of one permanent magnet faces upwards and the other permanent magnet With the S pole facin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for cleaning unearthed underwater cultural relics with water treated by a dynamic permanent magnetic field. The method comprises the following steps: the water is treated by the dynamic permanent magnetic field rotating at a high speed, the water is magnetized by the magnetic field rotating at the high speed in a magnetic force line cutting manner, and the unearthed underwater cultural relics are cleaned with the magnetized water. Part of hydrogen bonds of the magnetized water are broken, the properties are changed, the binding force between the cultural relics and disease attached impurities can be reduced, attachments on the cultural relics are removed, and cleaning of the unearthed underwater cultural relics is completed. Compared with conventional methods such as an acid-base complex agent adding method, an ultrasonic method and the like, the method is a purely physical cleaning method, the cultural relics are not damaged while the attachments of the cultural relics are cleaned off and separated effectively, and environmental pollutants are not produced in a treatment process. With adoption of the pure iron enhancement type dynamic rotating high-intensity permanent magnetic field, the water flowing through a magnetization flow channel can cut a magnetic force line at a high speed, the water magnetization treatment effect is good, and the method can be applied to cleaning and separation of the unearthed underwater cultural relics on a large scale.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning water cultural relics, in particular to a method and device for cleaning water cultural relics with water treated by a dynamic permanent magnetic field. Background technique [0002] Cultural relics are non-renewable remains that carry rich information about human history and culture. In the long history, China has exported a large amount of ceramics to all over the world. As a traditional mode of transportation, sea transportation has the advantages of large quantity, safety, convenience and low freight. However, due to the frequent occurrence of shipwrecks and shipwrecks, countless ceramics for export have been left in the depths of the vast sea. With the development of underwater archaeology today, a large number of ancient Chinese ceramics have been salvaged from the ocean. Through the research on the restoration and protection of ceramic cultural relics on board, we can better restore the...
