Roller axes in the indexing plate component are all intersected with an axis of an indexing plate; the input shaft and the output shaft are perpendicular in a staggered manner; lobe crests on a cam body are meshed with rollers in the indexing plate component and comprise four stages, namely a first stopping stage, a first indexing stage, a second stopping stage and a second indexing stage; the profiles of the lobe crests of the two indexing stages are variable lead spiral lobe crests; the first stopping stage is a circular lobe crest; and the second stopping stage comprises two circular lobe crests.
