Therefore, defects that various traffic control methods are not targeted and applicability and advantages and disadvantages of different bottleneck types and control principles are not taken into consideration in the prior art can be overcome. Advantages of ramp controlling and variable speed-limiting controlling are realized fully based on a practical measuring traffic flow state. The road passing efficiency is improved by reducing the system passing time in a range of the rapid road section.
