The crossing assist device can be arranged on the upper-phase wires as a crossing structure for replacing a common overhead ground wire with an OPGW optical cable. An increase of compensation for crops caused by land occupation of a common console crossing structure is avoided; the influence of a cooperative power failure of a crossed circuit on the power supply reliability is avoided; the risk caused by a high-altitude routing operation is reduced; and the crossing construction reliability is improved.
