The treatment system is connected with the raw water, and comprises a biological filter pool unit, an inclined pipe precipitation unit, a carbon sand filter pool unit and an ultrafiltration membrane unit in sequential communication, wherein the biological filter pool unit communicates with the raw water; the inclined pipe precipitation unit, the carbon sand filter pool unit and the ultrafiltration membrane unit communicate with a clean water pool through pipelines, and the communication is controlled by a valve; the biological filter pool unit is provided with an aeration device; a coagulant adding device is arranged in front of the inclined pipe precipitation unit; an ozone adding device is arranged in front of the carbon sand filter pool unit.
