Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for an anti-flaming polylactic acid plastic for an automotive trim. The method comprises the following steps: (1) degumming Chinese alpine rush fibers; (2) modifying the Chinese alpine rush fibers by microbial fermentation: preparing a complex microbial inoculant from bacillus licheniformis, bacillus subtilis and acetobacter xylinum at ratio of 1:(0.5-0.9):0.8, cleaning the Chinese alpine rush after being degummed, and then uniformly spraying the complex microbial inoculant, fermenting for 20-38 hours at 38 DEG C, ending fermentation, cleaning with warm water, fluffing and drying; (3) mixing the raw materials: setting the temperature at 160 DEG C, preheating for 1hr, configuring the dry raw materials and uniformly mixing the raw materials; (4) putting the mixed raw materials under heat state into a twin-screw extruder, fusing, mixing and extruding by the twin-screw extruder, cooling and cutting into grains; (5) preparing the modified grains into the anti-flaming polylactic acid plastic for the automotive trim as required by the customers.

Description
