Longitudinal supporting beams are disposed at two ends of an upper flat surface of the bottom cross beam, respectively, and combined with the bottom cross beam and the top cross beam to form a square frame. A vertical support pointing to the top cross beam is disposed in the middle of the bottom cross beam. Sliding rails located on the upper surface of the bottom cross beam are disposed at two sides of the bottom of the vertical support, respectively. An H-shaped compensation plate parallel to the vertical support is disposed on each of the sliding rails. A compression spring connected to the top of the vertical support is disposed on the bottom of the top cross beam. Elastic compensation plates located on a bottom flat surface of the top cross beam are disposed at two sides of the compression spring, respectively.
