The system comprises a satellite transceiver subsystem, a service access subsystem, a service processing subsystem, an integrated control subsystem, a power supply subsystem, and a vehicle carrier subsystem. The satellite transceiver subsystem is used for pointing to a communication satellite in satellite communication so as to receive and transmit radio frequency information, and has a frequency conversion function that can realize conversion between intermediate frequency information and radio frequency information, wherein a frequency interface is fixed. The service processing subsystem is in butt joint with the satellite transceiver subsystem and is used for processing received and transmitted satellite signals. The service access subsystem is used for building an internal IP network, providing IP interfaces of all subsystems internally, providing various data interfaces externally and performing IP processing. The integrated control subsystem is used for configuring parameters of all subsystems, and displaying and monitoring the system state.
