Abstract

The invention discloses artificial skin based on liquid metal sensing. The artificial skin comprises a cross-linking polymer layer, a liquid metal circuit and a central processing unit. The artificial skin can convert pressure sensed from the outside, elasticity and other tactile senses into deformation of the cross-linking polymer layer; the liquid metal circuit is closely attached to the cross-linking polymer layer, so resistance and capacity of the circuit are changed; then the central processing unit can convert changes of circuit electric signals into neural signals capable of being recognized by human bodies to be transmitted to a nervous system, and accordingly the skin can sense different pressures, elasticity and the like. Flexibility of liquid metal is used, electric properties of the liquid metal circuit are changed through deformation of a substrate, and accordingly the artificial skin has the function of a tactile sensor. Due to the advantages that the artificial skin has the sensitive tactile sensing function and is free of individual difference and convenient to store and transport and the like, the artificial skin can be widely used in skin transplantation and robot bionic skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial skin sensing, in particular to an artificial skin based on liquid metal sensing. Background technique [0002] The skin is the outermost structure of the human body and the largest organ of the human body. The skin covers the whole body and undertakes functions such as protecting the body from physical, chemical and microbial invasion, and sensing temperature and pressure. However, the skin, as an important tissue and organ that covers and protects the body surface, is very vulnerable to damage from trauma, burns, inflammation and other factors. For patients with large area burns, skin grafting is to save lives. Doctors must seal the wound in time and cover the wound with a layer of protection Membrane, giving injured skin an environment to regenerate. This layer of protective film should be as close as possible to the natural skin of the human body, otherwise it will be rejected by the human ...
