The method comprises the following steps: the control terminal receives at least one data packet sent by the sensor node; the at least one data packet is a part or all data packets of a first data frame; whether the at least one data packet can form the complete first data frame or not is judged, so that a judgement result is obtained; the count value of a counter corresponding to the sensor node is adjusted according to the judgement result; the fact that the count value satisfies a threshold value condition is determined, so that a control instruction is generated, wherein the control instruction is used for adjusting the transmitting power of the sensor node; and the control instruction is sent to the sensor node.
