According to the method, the fresh American ginseng is washed to be clean, dried in the air, sieved, crushed and put into a supercritical extraction kettle. After the extraction process, gases are separated and an extract is obtained. After the centrifugal treatment, a mixture of ginseng alkynol and ginseng epoxy alkynol is obtained. The tail powders of American ginseng, obtained after the extraction process, are mixed with a solid entraining agent, and then liquid CO2 and a dynamic entraining agent fluid are added into the extraction kettle. After the extraction process, gases are separated and a mixed solution of ginseng saponin Rg3, Rk1, Rh2 and Rh3 and the dynamic entraining agent fluid is obtained. After that, the mixed solution is subjected to concentrating, ethanol resolving and drying process to obtain the solid mixture of ginseng saponin Rg3, Rk1, Rh2 and Rh3. the method of the present invention is simple and easy to control.
