Abstract

The invention relates to a set of cycli-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) gene exon genetic groups used for cancer diagnosis, application thereof, and a cancer diagnosis kit based on the CDK6 gene exon genetic groups. A novel molecular cancer diagnostic indicator, namely CDK6 gene exon amplification, is discovered; and application of the CDK6 gene exon genetic groups for preparing the cancer diagnosis kit, and the cancer diagnosis kit are provided. Compared with a traditional detecting method, diagnosis through a molecular marker is more timely and more specific, and accordingly the five-year survival rate of a cancer patient can be increased, the death rate is decreased, and the application prospects are wide.
