The environment-friendly residue-free composite bacterial depressant comprises the following raw materials by mass: 5 to 15% of n-butyl-1,2-isothiazolin-3-one, 5 to 8% of 4,5-dichloro-N-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 10 to 20% of 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 5 to 10% of benzimidazole, 3 to 5% of an emulsifying agent, 5 to 8% of an anti-freezing agent, 1 to 3% of a penetrating agent, 1 to 3% of an amine neutralizing agent, 1 to 3% of a thickening agent, 1 to 3% of an anti-foaming agent and 35 to 45% of deionized water. The environment-friendly residue-free composite bacterial depressant and the preparation method are low in cost; and the prepared bacterial depressant has the characteristics of low toxicity, environment friendliness, no residues, safety to water sources and environment and the like and is of critical significance to energy conservation, environmental protection and creation of a harmonious relationship between human beings and nature.
