Abstract

The invention discloses a cage strander and an untwisting system thereof. The untwisting system comprises a machine frame, a winch, a main driving device and an untwisting driving device, wherein the winch is rotationally arranged on the machine frame through a main shaft and provided with a first transmission system capable of driving multiple spool frames to rotate synchronously; the main driving device drives the main shaft to rotate through a second transmission system, and the second transmission system comprises a first gear on the main shaft and a second gear driving the first gear to rotate; the untwisting driving device is in transmission connection with an input shaft through a third transmission system; the third transmission system comprises an untwisting transmission shaft arranged on the machine frame through a bearing, a third gear sleeving the untwisting transmission shaft in a spaced mode and meshed with the first gear, a first clutch and a second clutch, and the first clutch and the second clutch are used for achieving power connection and disconnection of the untwisting driving device and the untwisting transmission shaft.
