Abstract

The invention discloses a method of performing a destructive test to a rotation shaft by means of a double inertia disk. A small inertia disk is installed on a driving shaft, which is connected to a driving motor through a synchronous belt, so that the driving motor drives the small inertia disk on the driving shaft to rotate through the synchronous belt; when a preset rotation speed N is reached, a brake disk is controlled to brake the system within a preset brake time s, and then a torque sensor detects the value of a torque on the to-be-tested rotation shaft during the brake process. Meanwhile, a large inertia disk, which can be freely detached away from and assembled with the small inertia disk, is installed at one side of the small inertia disk, so that the large inertia disk and the small inertia disk can be combined to form an integrated body being large in mass when required. In the apparatus, the small inertia disk, which is large in mass, supplies rotational inertia, so that the driving motor only needs to drive the small inertia disk to reach the preset rotation speed, and as a result, a common motor can be employed as the driving motor, thereby greatly reducing equipment cost. Through arrangement of the large and the small inertia disks, torque test range of the apparatus is greatly increased, so that adaptability of the apparatus is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of torque testing of rotating shafts, and more specifically, relates to a method and device for performing destructive testing of rotating shafts by using double inertia disks. Background technique [0002] The rotating shaft must be used to connect the main parts of the product, and is used to rotate the shaft that bears both bending moment and torque in the rotating work. The maximum torque that the rotating shaft can withstand directly affects the performance and use of the rotating shaft. Therefore, before the rotating shaft leaves the factory, it must pass a torque test, that is, a destructive test with a given maximum torque on the rotating shaft. Whether the rotating shaft will be twisted under the condition of the test, it can be used as a qualified product only after passing the inspection. Generally speaking, the method of measuring the torque of the rotating shaft is to use one end of the motor c...
