Problems solved by technology

However, this method of judging the action of the isolating switch has the following problems: When the main contact of the isolating switch is not in place, the power equipment still thinks that the isolating switch has completed the action, which will undoubtedly bring major hidden dangers to the safe operation of the power equipment

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The isolating switch fault detection method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:

[0016] S1: collect the state information of the auxiliary contact of the disconnector, the state information of the auxiliary contact includes the open state and the closed state;

[0017] S2: collect visible light image information and infrared image information for each orientation of the isolation switch;

[0018] S3: Infrared image fusion of visible light image information and infrared image information;

[0019] This step specifically includes the following steps:

[0020] S31: Taking the high-resolution visible light image information as the background, taking the heat-sensitive information of the infrared image as the target, preprocessing the infrared detection image with an improved morphological filter, and removing redundant information in the infrared image;

[0021] S32: Fusing the remaining infrared target outline information with the visible light image...

Abstract

The invention relates to an isolation switch fault detection method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) the state information of an auxiliary contact of the isolation switch is acquired, wherein the state information of the auxiliary contact comprises an opening state and a closing state; (2) visible light image information and infrared image information are acquired for each direction of the isolation switch; (3) the visible light image information and the infrared image information are subjected to infrared image fusion; (4) an edge detection method is used for detecting edges of the isolation switch and the contact in the infrared fusion images for four directions of the isolation switch, and coordinates of edge points are thus obtained; and (5) the coordinates of edge points and a template image are compared to judge whether fault exists in the isolation switch, the fault type is judged, the fault condition is reported, and thus, automatic recognition on the fault of the isolation switch is achieved. The method is simple, the detection is convenient and accurate, and the fault rate of the isolation switch is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of isolating switches, in particular to a fault detection method for an isolating switch. Background technique [0002] The isolating switch is a commonly used high-voltage protection device in power equipment. Its main function is to optimize the operating conditions of various high-voltage equipment on the configuration circuit. For example, when the high-voltage equipment in the power system fails, the isolation switch can clearly isolate the fault, so that the power equipment can continue to operate. With the development of high-voltage electrical equipment, the requirements for the accuracy and reliability of the opening / closing action of the isolating switch are getting higher and higher. In the prior art, the power equipment judges the opening / closing action of the isolating switch according to the opening / closing signal fed back by the auxiliary contact of the isolating switch. However, this method...
