Abstract

The present invention provides a wearable defibrillator, a defibrillation method thereof and a wearable device. The wearable defibrillator includes an electrocardiograph monitoring module, a defibrillation module and a control module; the electrocardiograph monitoring module comprises a first electrode for acquiring electrocardiograph signals; the defibrillation module includes a second electrode and a high voltage generating part connected with the second electrode; the control module receives the electrocardiograph signals acquired by the first electrode and judges whether the electrocardiograph signals are abnormal signals, and detects whether R waves exist in the electrocardiograph signals if the electrocardiograph signals are abnormal signals; if detecting R waves, the control module generates a selective defibrillation message; and if not detecting the R waves, the control module controls the high voltage generating part to output energy to the second electrode. With the wearable defibrillator, the defibrillation method thereof and the wearable device of the present invention, early defibrillation rescue can be performed for a patient with severe arrhythmia anytime under any situations, and the survival rate of the user can be improved, and a wearable mode is adopted, so that the wearable defibrillator is convenient to carry.
