Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, this ancient craft has two significant problems: a) it is unhygienic to use a "bagger" or machete; and b) most of the time, the force applied is too strong and the "bagger" or machete passes through the Whole husk and kernel, which renders the kernel useless since the kernel cannot be removed whole

Embodiment Construction

[0010] Each of the other features and teachings disclosed above and below can be used independently or in combination with other features, teachings and techniques to provide an improved example of cracking the pili husk and extracting the whole precious kernel.

[0011] This detailed description is intended to show the design of the incision in the pili husk and the breaking tool, how the two work together to achieve the desired result, namely, to safely break the hard pili husk into two pieces without leaving Any hard shell, any hard shell remaining may be swallowed or chewed by the person eating the nut.

[0012] The preferred embodiment for carrying out the process is in Figure 4 shown in .

[0013] The cut made in the pili husk must be as follows figure 1 Transverse is shown to facilitate working of the tool, as the transversal cut is the part of the shell that allows only the least amount of force to be used for lever movement.

[0014] The cut must be deep enough so...

Abstract

A special and accurate transverse incision is formed in the shell of pilinut so as to safely break the pilinut by means of a tool specially designed for breaking the shell of the pilinut. The incision is deep enough so that the breaking tool can be closely embedded into the incision, artificial force is applied as less as possible to conduct lever-like movement, the shell of pilinut is thus broken into two pieces, a complete valuable fruit nut is taken out and not contaminated by the shell broken pieces, and the problem that the shell broken pieces may be swallowed or chewed and thus cause damage to a user of the pilinut with the shell is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to cracking the hard shell of pili nuts using a simple process and breaking tool specially designed for cracking pili nut shells. Background technique [0002] Over the years, locals have cut the hard shell of the pili nut by using a "bolo" or machete, a sharp, heavy knife that strikes the center of the shell to apply enough force to break the shell in two , and take out the precious edible pili nuts. [0003] However, this ancient craft has two significant problems: a) it is unhygienic to use a "bagger" or machete; and b) most of the time, the force applied is too strong and the "bagger" or machete passes through the Whole husk and kernel, which renders the kernel useless since the kernel cannot be removed whole. [0004] Therefore, it is necessary to develop a process and tool in this field, so that the pili fruit can be sold to the end customer with the shell, and the end customer can use the process and tool to crack...
