Abstract

The invention discloses a LabView-based short circuit micro-strip line ferromagnetic resonance measuring system and method. The system comprises a short circuit micro-strip line clamp, a gauss meter, a solenoid, a vector network analyzer, a current source and a program control computer, wherein the program control computer is used for controlling the vector network analyzer to supply a single-frequency signal source to a short circuit micro-strip line and controlling the current source to output a stable current to the solenoid so as to generate a uniform stable magnetic field in the solenoid. On the basis of the change in the magnetic field magnitude of a magnetic film sample along the horizontal direction, a reflected microwave signal S11 parameter is detected by the program control computer, a relation curve graph of an S parameter and a magnetic field is made, and the relation curve graph is subjected to data processing, so that a resonance line width, a gyromagnetic ratio and a spectroscopic splitting factor of the magnetic film sample can be acquired. A higher measuring magnetic field needs not be added into the measuring system provided by the invention. The measuring method provided by the invention is suitable for measurement for wideband and microwave low-frequency stages and can realize the field sweep and sweep frequency measurement.
