Abstract

The surgical anastomat comprises an instrument body, a handle part arranged at the near end of the body and a nail head part arranged at the far end of the body. The nail head part comprises a nail bin assembly, an anvil stand and a tissue anti-spilling mechanism. The nail bin assembly comprises a nail bin and a cutter movably arranged in the nail bin.
